Attorney De Vonish was appointed as NCC’s Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2019, following four years serving the college in other capacities. Prior to joining NCC, Cheryl worked as an attorney for the City of New York and served on the Department of Youth and Community Development Advisory Board.
